Mavic Free Shipping Policy

Mavic.com offers free standard shipping on orders of $149 or more. The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before the order is completed.

As for the return policy, all shipping costs, including shipping fee, insurance, brokerage, duties, and freight for returned goods are at the customer's expense. If payment on delivery is chosen, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.

The warranty policy of Mavic products covers defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to defects discovered during the warranty period and if proof of purchase is presented. If the customer registers their wheels with the MAVIC CARE programme within 2 months of purchase, this warranty period is extended to at least a third additional year for wheels and helmets.

However, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the Product, damage due to the assembly or fitting of parts unsuitable for the Product, damage due to non-conformity of assembly or mounting of the Product or parts, damage resulting from improper use or maintenance of the Product, and damage resulting from failure to follow instructions for use and maintenance of the Product. The warranty is void if the Product is not returned in its original packaging, or if the Product has been modified or repaired by any person or entity other than the Mavic representative in the country concerned.

Return Policy at Mavic

At mavic.com, customers have 30 days from receipt of the order to return any items that are not to their satisfaction. Products should be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging included and label attached. Return instructions may differ depending on the product. Once the return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent informing whether or not the refund has been approved.
